Marketing Support Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Executive to join
under the business domain Global Surf IT Infrastructure (https://www.gs-it.ae/) to support
day-to-day marketing operations through effective enquiry handling, CRM management,
reporting, follow-ups, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong
communication abilities, operational discipline, and the capability to manage assigned
responsibilities with accuracy, accountability, and minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries received through calls, emails, website
chats, WhatsApp, and enquiry platforms in a professional manner.
• Accurately capture, verify, and update customer and enquiry details within the CRM
system and other internal tools.
• Coordinate enquiries and operational requirements with relevant internal teams to
ensure timely response and resolution.
• Maintain CRM records, tracking sheets, reports, and operational documentation with
high accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management processes, and operational tracking
tools will be considered an added advantage.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and enquiry reports within
defined timelines.
• Monitor pending tasks, follow-ups, and enquiry status to ensure smooth workflow
management.
• Ensure proper categorization, tracking, and documentation of enquiries and
operational activities.
• Support marketing and sales coordination activities as required by the business.
• Develop a clear understanding of company services, operational workflows, and
service categories to support effective enquiry management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing support, customer coordination, CRM
operations, customer support, or related operational roles preferred.
• Strong and disciplined work attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving capability in a
fast-paced work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle professional
business communication effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office applications, and reporting/documentation
tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry, reporting, and
documentation.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with consistency and within timelines
• Basic understanding of IT services, technology solutions, or related industry operations
is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with ownership, accountability, and a
proactive approach to task management
