Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing and hiring through Naukri and LinkedIn, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions across different technologies and experience levels.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and industry trends.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS and recruitment management tools is an added advantage.
