SEO Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join under the business
domain Global Surf IT Infrastructure (https://www.gs-it.ae/) for improving website visibility,
search rankings, and organic traffic through strategic on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
activities. The role requires close collaboration with content, design, development, and digital
marketing teams to enhance website performance, optimize user experience, and support
overall business goals within the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong
analytical skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and knowledge of evolving search engine algorithms
and AI-driven SEO trends.
Job Responsibilities
• Support in developing and executing end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business
objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Implement advanced on-page SEO techniques including semantic keywords, internal linking,
content clustering, and AI optimization.
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as high-quality link building, digital PR outreach, and
backlink audits.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to
crawlability, indexing, site architecture, page speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and
structured data.
• Manage and optimize local SEO activities including Google Business Profile and local
citations.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google
Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Identify SEO growth opportunities through SERP trends, algorithm updates, industry
insights, and AI-driven SEO strategies.
• Support the content team with SEO-focused content briefs, keyword mapping, and topical
authority planning.
• Optimize content for user intent, featured snippets, voice search, and rich search results.
• Review and update existing website content to improve ranking performance and user
engagement.
• Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, readability standards, and brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain SEO dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze conversion paths, landing page performance, and user behavior metrics to improve
website experience and retention.
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO integration across
all digital assets.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and enquiry management through chats, calls, and
emails.
• Ensure SEO strategies align with broader digital marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 6 Months - 2 Years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, AEO, GEO and SEO best
practices.
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO strategies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and website architecture.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, structured data, and AI-driven SEO
trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable
strategies.
