Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across eCommerce and AI-driven initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to manage both client expectations and internal delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a mix of large-scale development projects and smaller change requests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Own end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel projects, including both small enhancements and large-scale implementations
*Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders
*Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers and individual contributors
*Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution (internal and client-side delays)
*Ensure deadlines are met or properly communicated with mitigation plans in place
*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
*Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports and progress dashboards
*Drive accountability across teams to ensure closure of tasks and projects
*Participate in planning, budgeting and resource forecasting
*Establish and improve project management processes and best practices

Mandatory Skills & Experience

*5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar role
*Strong experience managing eCommerce projects - Shopify or Magento
*Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities
*Experience working with both teams and individual contributors
*Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong problem - solving and escalation handling ability
*High level of ownership and accountability
*Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zoho or similar

Good to Have

*Experience managing AI / ML or LLM-based projects
*Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
*Experience working with global clients, especially US-based

Work Requirements

*Willingness to work with overlap in US time zones
*Ability to manage client communications effectively in English (spoken and written fluency is mandatory)
