Infopark inks pact with Brigade Group for World Trade Center Tower 3

In a significant stride towards infrastructure expansion, Infopark and Brigade Enterprises entered into a pact today for the construction of the third Tower of the World Trade Center (WTC) at Infopark Kochi Phase 1. The land lease agreement, which was signed at a ceremony in Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, was attended by Minister for Law, Industries, and Coir Shri P. Rajeeve, Chief Secretary Dr. Venu V IAS, State IT Secretary Dr. Rathan U. Kelkar IAS, Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil, Bangalore-based Brigade Group Executive Chairman M.R. Jaishankar, Joint Managing Director Nirupa Shankar, and Infopark officials. The 150 crore project, which will be executed by Brigade Group in association with WTC, will consist of a 16-storey tower and a built-up space of 2.6 lakh sq.ft. The project is expected to generate around 2700 direct jobs and is expected to be complete in three years.
This event marks a milestone for Infopark, paving way for more IT workspaces for IT/ITES companies and professionals.
