Infopark expands: Announcing Infopark Phase 3 & Phase 4

"Kerala is stepping into a new era of urban living and technological innovation. I am delighted to announce the large-scale expansion of Infoparks Kerala, which will position Kochi as a true leader in India’s IT landscape”, said Kerala’s Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan. He added, “The most ambitious of these projects, Infopark Phase 3, is envisioned as a futuristic AI-enabled Tech City—a 300+ acre integrated township that will redefine urban life. This carbon-negative, water-positive, and zero-waste city will feature state-of-the-art IT office spaces, modern residences, schools, universities, healthcare facilities, and recreational centers—all seamlessly powered by intelligent systems and smart technology. With 20 million sq. ft. of IT space, 5,000 residential units, and over 2 lakh direct IT/GCC jobs, Infopark Phase 3 will be developed through a land pooling process in collaboration with GCDA. Parallelly, Infopark Phase 4 is also progressing, with the acquisition of a 34-acre plot from M/s Traco Cable Company Ltd to host an additional 5 million sq. ft. of IT space alongside retail and commercial hubs. These landmark initiatives will elevate Kochi to the ranks of India’s Tier-1 cities, while setting new benchmarks in sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation.
