When the post-lockdown period has been a mixed bag for most businesses, Federal Operations and Services Limited, a subsidiary of Federal Bank is on a growth and expansion drive. From a humble beginning at Infopark Thapasya in 2018, Fedserve currently has acquired 25000 sq.ft space at the Phase 1 Tower of Carnival Infopark for their 300-strong team.
Ms Shalini Warrier, Executive Director, Federal Bank, inaugurated the facility in the presence of Mr Johnson K Jose, IT Head, Fedserve and other senior officials.
