Infopark and Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish flexi workspaces within a metro station. Susanth Kurunthil, CEO of Infopark and Loknath Behera, Managing Director of KMRL, inked the agreement to create flexi workspaces spanning 39,880 sq. ft across six floors of Ernakulam South Metro station. Located in the heart of the city with an integrated transport model, these upcoming premium coworking facilities for IT/ITES companies and employees will be the apt workspace for gig workers, women and employees working remotely.
