Self-defense Training for women at Infopark Thrissur

The Kerala Police offered self-defencs training for women employees of Infopark Thrissur (Koratty) as part of their efforts to promote women's safety and security among the IT crowd. The programme was designed to provide women employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations.

Conducted by a team of trained police officers who specialise in self-defence and women's safety, the programme provided hands-on instruction and guidance to the participants, allowing them to practice and improve their techniques in a safe and controlled environment.
