Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/Software recruitment.
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
Experience in recruiting for various software technologies and IT roles.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within deadlines.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
