3+ years of technical leadership leading a BSP or embedded Linux team.
8+ years of experience in BSP development, embedded systems engineering, and board bring-up.
Experience managing external vendors is an advantage.
Strong planning, communication, and mentoring skills.
Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
Extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Linux kernel, U-Boot, Device Trees, BSP development, and device drivers.
Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-A and/or Cortex-M processors.
Experience with RTOSs such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of embedded interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, GPIO, CAN) and low-level driver development.
Experience with embedded Linux build environments such as NXP Linux SDK (Debian), Yocto, Buildroot, or similar.
Experience with NXP i.MX processors is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
