About the Role
You will help prepare parts, assemble components, and assist with basic testing under the guidance of our engineers. The work involves building and modifying prototypes as designs develop.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare parts, tools, and materials for assembly.
● Assemble components by following drawings and instructions.
● Help modify and reassemble prototypes when needed.
● Assist with basic testing and report assembly issues.
● Keep tools and the workspace organized and follow safety guidelines.

Who Can Apply
● ITI candidates from Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Mechanic, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, or related trades.
● Diploma holders in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
● Freshers and Graduates are welcome. Workshop training, hands-on projects, or assembly experience will be an advantage.

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Interns who are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development activities, client interactions, lead generation, and market research within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in identifying potential customers and business opportunities.
● Support lead generation through online research, networking, and outreach.
● Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
● Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
● Accompany the sales team for client meetings, product demonstrations, and onsite visits when required.

Maintain basic testing documentation and participate in the product testing process.

About the Internship

Estro Tech Robotics & Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in mobile app development to join our R&D team as Flutter Development Interns. Candidates will gain practical experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with exposure to robotics and IoT-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
Assist in designing simple, user-friendly app interfaces.
Work on app features based on project requirements.
Learn to connect mobile applications with APIs and backend services.
Test applications, identify bugs, and fix issues.
Collaborate with the R&D team on mobile applications related to robotics and IoT.
