About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and strategic IT Sales Head / IT Business Development Manager with strong exposure to international markets and a proven track record in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling IT Services, Software Products, and Staff Augmentation solutions across global regions such as UAE/GCC, US, UK, Singapore, and other international markets. The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building and leading the sales function, implementing sales strategies, and closing high-value deals. This role demands strong market understanding, relationship-building capabilities, and expertise in both inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in international markets including UAE/GCC, US, UK, Singapore, and other global regions.

• Set up, structure, and lead the sales team aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
• Strategize and implement inbound and outbound sales initiatives to generate quality leads and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development and minimum 6+ experience in team management.
• Must have recent and relevant experience in IT Services, Products & Staff Augmentation.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Experience in handling enterprise clients, 32B sales, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of global IT market trends and sales practices.
• Expertise in inbound and outbound sales strategy implementation.
• Experience in building and managing sales teams is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
