.NET Technical Lead (Exp: 7 - 12 Yrs)
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET, enterprise application development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor development teams, own project delivery, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and review enterprise applications using ASP.NET Core/.NET.
2. Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
3. Develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices following best practices.
4. Own end-to-end project delivery, including estimation, sprint planning, execution, and production deployment.
5. Mentor and lead development teams, ensuring code quality and engineering excellence.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
7. Drive performance optimization, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Required Skills:
1. 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET.
2. Strong expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
3. Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
4. Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Strong understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum, and software development best practices.
6. Proven experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and managing project delivery.
7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with .NET 8/10, CQRS, MediatR, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
2. Exposure to Kubernetes, Redis, Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ, and application monitoring tools.
3. Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot will be an added advantage.
4. Microsoft Azure or other cloud certifications are a plus.
