Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in IT Sales and Software Service Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software services landscape and a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/software services domain.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social selling.
Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key decision-makers.
Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, project delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
2-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in software services or SaaS.
Strong knowledge of the IT/software development lifecycle and service delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI)

We are looking for 3-5 years of experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions for intelligent automation, document processing, computer vision, and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, VLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Build intelligent chatbots, AI assistants, and workflow automation solutions.
Develop and optimize AI/ML models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions.
Fine-tune and evaluate open-source LLMs using LoRA/PEFT techniques.
Develop REST APIs and production-ready AI services using FastAPI/Django.
Build scalable data pipelines for document ingestion, indexing, and retrieval.
Deploy AI solutions using Docker and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI products.

Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Qdrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, or PGVector).
Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Experience with FastAPI/Django, REST APIs, and Docker.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
Good understanding of AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, and production deployment.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Computer Vision (YOLO, RT-DETR, OpenCV).
Experience with Airflow, cloud platforms, and MLOps.
Familiarity with explainable AI (SHAP) and AI benchmarking tools.

Experience
3–5 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering with hands-on experience in Generative AI and production AI applications.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Junior Embedded Developer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Embedded Developer (Fresher) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in embedded systems, C programming, and microcontrollers, with a passion for learning and developing firmware for embedded applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and debug embedded software using C/C++.
Work with microcontrollers and embedded hardware platforms.
Assist in firmware development and integration.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Support testing, validation, and documentation of embedded applications.
Collaborate with hardware and software teams to implement project requirements.
Maintain code quality and follow coding standards.
Learn and adapt to new embedded technologies and tools.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of C and C++ programming.
Basic understanding of embedded systems and firmware development.
Familiarity with microcontrollers such as ARM, AVR, PIC, or STM32.
Knowledge of communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN is an advantage.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project in embedded systems.
Exposure to RTOS, Linux Embedded Systems, or IoT is an added advantage.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is preferred.
