Senior Content Strategist

Key responsibilities

Concepts and creative ideas

Come up with original concepts for social creatives, carousels, Reels, Shorts and campaigns that fit each client's brand and goals.
Track trends, audio, formats and platform updates on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, and turn them into timely ideas.
Pitch monthly idea decks and campaign concepts (festive, product launches, awareness days, moment marketing).
Write hooks, captions, on-screen text and short-form video scripts that stop the scroll.

Strategy and planning

Build social media strategies for each client: audience, content pillars, tone of voice, platform mix and posting frequency.
Own monthly content calendars across all assigned brands.
Adapt strategy to very different clients: B2C, B2B, local businesses, premium and regional brands.
Content production
Write clear creative briefs for designers and video editors, with references and moodboards.
Plan and direct Reels and video shoots: shot lists, storyboards, talent and on-set direction when needed.
Review every creative and video for concept, brand fit, copy and quality before it goes to the client.
Manage production timelines so multiple accounts deliver on schedule.

Client handling and performance
Present concepts and calendars to clients, take feedback and defend strong ideas with reasoning.
Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth and video views; report monthly with insights.
Use results to improve what works and drop what doesn't; coordinate with the ads team on content for paid campaigns.

Required Experience

3–5 years in social media content strategy, with 2+ years handling multiple client brands in an agency or similar setting.
Experience planning and directing Reels and short-form video, from script to shoot to edit.
Experience leading or briefing designers, video editors and copywriters.
Confident client-facing skills: presenting concepts and defending creative choices.
Strong copywriting in English; a good eye for design, visuals and video.
Experience with influencer and UGC campaigns
Photography or on-camera presenting skills

Senior Software Developer

Description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure web applications, with primary expertise in Laravel (PHP) and Python. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, databases, and performance optimization, along with effective collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP), Python, and Joomla
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Develop backend logic, database schemas, and server-side components
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security
• Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms
• Manage application deployment, version control, and server configurations
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and sprint planning
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Joomla & Laravel (PHP framework)
• Strong working knowledge of Python (Django / Flask is a plus)
• Experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and JSON-based services
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of MVC architecture and backend design patterns
• Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred / Additional Skills
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React – basic understanding is sufficient)
• Exposure to Linux servers, hosting environments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with queue systems, cron jobs, caching (Redis, Memcached)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)

• Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.

UI/UX Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Developer who can design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, with a good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
