Role Objective
We are looking for a high-caliber Odoo Business Analyst to join our consulting team in Qatar. In this role, you will act as the primary functional expert for our diverse portfolio of Qatari clients, ranging from local enterprises to government entities.
You must possess the cultural nuance and professional presence to lead discovery sessions in a fast-paced, multi-national business environment. Your mission is to translate complex business problems into elegant, scalable Odoo solutions while ensuring compliance with local Qatar business regulations

Key Responsibilities
1. Discovery & Requirement Gathering
Lead stakeholder discussions to identify and define core business challenges.
Capture both explicit requirements and implicit operational needs.
Plan and facilitate discovery sessions to ensure a 360-degree view of business workflows.
2. Functional Analysis & Design
Document comprehensive Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
Map current "As-Is" processes and design optimized "To-Be" workflows in Odoo.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to solve underlying business issues rather than just treating symptoms.
3. Implementation Support
Analyze data flows to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
Act as the functional bridge between client stakeholders and the technical development team.
Validate that the delivered Odoo solution aligns perfectly with the documented business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Odoo’s core modules and their interdependencies. Proficiency in process mapping tools
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to "think outside the box" for functional workarounds.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to perform Gap Analysis between standard Odoo and complex local business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

About the Role
We are looking for a relentless, self-starting Business Development Manager (BDM) to build our global and enterprise outbound sales pipeline from scratch. Strategic Market Prioritization: Execute focused outbound campaigns across the GCC (leveraging regional triggers like e-invoicing compliance), Western Europe, and high-ticket Indian domestic corporate sectors.
Job-Board Interception: Track international and domestic job boards for companies hunting for in-house Odoo talent or struggling with messy implementations, and pivot those into agency service pitches directly to CIOs and CFOs.
Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Execute outbound hunting cadences via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized cold email, and consultative phone outreach to target CIOs, IT Directors, and CFOs.
The "Foot-in-the-Door" Strategy: Pitch low-friction, high-value technical entry points (such as Free Odoo Code/Database Health Audits or Migration Assessments) to win initial trust.
SOW & Proposal Closing: Collaborate closely with our internal Lead Functional Consultants to design technical proposals, build commercial models, and drive the deal to a signed contract and advance payment collection.
Requirements & Qualifications
The Outbound Hunting DNA: 4+ years of solid experience in international or domestic B2B IT services sales, with a minimum of 2 years spent strictly hunting ERP deals (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
Proven Direct Outbound Track Record: Documented success closing 5-figure USD (or high-ticket INR) contracts without relying on inbound marketing leads or external referrals.
Cross-Border & Domestic Enterprise Expertise: Deep familiarity with business landscapes and decision-making patterns across GCC, Europe, or the Indian corporate sector.
Strict Price Guardrail Discipline: Proven ability to qualify deals effectively, focusing entirely on mid-market and enterprise implementations while bypassing low-ticket, high-maintenance customizations.
