JachOOS Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Google Ads Manager to lead our international digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Google Ads, B2B lead generation, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing for global markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max & Remarketing)
• Manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Drive qualified B2B lead generation campaigns targeting international markets
• Develop and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion strategies
• Lead SEO initiatives, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
• Manage social media growth and engagement strategies
• Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and reporting tools
• Analyze KPIs including CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality
• Collaborate with sales, content, design, and development teams to achieve business goals

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 5+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads and Performance Marketing
✔ Experience managing international campaigns (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
✔ Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT/Software Services
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Conversion Optimization
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, CRM, and Marketing Automation Platforms
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

🌍 Preferred:
• Experience working with international IT service markets
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
• Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

IT Network Engineer

Job Title: IT Network Engineer

Pay: AED 2500- AED 3000

Location: Dubai (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year to 5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and self-driven IT Network Engineer with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, server configuration, cloud platforms, and enterprise-level IT systems. This role involves maintaining IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting users across hardware, software and network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure and maintain Windows Servers, desktops, and other hardware
* Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and network devices
* Manage and monitor LAN/WAN infrastructure and ensure network stability
* Perform Office 365 administration including user setup, email configuration, and license management
* Configure and maintain VMware environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
* Ensure proper backup, recovery processes, and server uptime
* Assist in firewall and network security configurations
* Monitor server health, apply updates, and conduct periodic audits
* Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely issue resolution
* Maintain documentation of IT procedures, assets, and configurations

Technical Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in:
* Firewall configuration (e.g., FortiGate, SonicWall)
* Server setup and administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
* Routing and Switching (Cisco/HP/Aruba preferred)
* Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online
* LAN/WAN network troubleshooting and maintenance
* Cloud configuration (Azure/AWS)
* VMware setup and administration
* Good understanding of IT security and data protection practices
* Proficient in handling IT support tickets and remote troubleshooting tools
* Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant IT Network experience
* Certifications preferred: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), VMware VCP, CompTIA Network+/Security+
