Legal Content Specialist (LLB)

This role sits between our legal reality and our readers. CookieYes publishes a large library of privacy content that businesses across the world rely on to understand what the law asks of them, and we need someone professionally qualified to stand behind it.
We are looking for a law graduate who writes because they want to, not because a brief demanded it. You will track privacy legislation across jurisdictions, translate it into content our customers can act on, and act as the internal check on the legal accuracy of everything we publish and ship. Part of the role is genuine legal work: reviewing our own agreements, supporting compliance queries from customers, and keeping our product claims defensible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor privacy and data protection developments globally, including GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA and other US state laws, LGPD, PIPEDA, PDPA and emerging regulations, and flag what matters for CookieYes and our customers.
Write authoritative long-form content: regulation explainers, jurisdiction guides, compliance checklists, legal update posts and whitepapers.
Act as the legal accuracy reviewer for marketing and product content, with an agreed turnaround SLA so reviews never stall the pipeline. Nothing that makes a compliance claim should ship without your reading.
Structure that content to be found and cited by AI search, AI Overviews and answer engines, working with the SEO and AI search team on generative engine optimisation, schema and citation-worthy formatting.
Translate regulatory obligations into product requirements, working with product and engineering on how consent, records and disclosures need to behave.
Support customer-facing compliance queries escalated by sales and support, and build the internal reference material that reduces how often they need escalating.
Review and maintain our own legal documents, including the privacy policy, terms of service, DPAs and vendor agreements, with external counsel where required.
Prepare briefing notes for leadership when a regulatory change affects roadmap or positioning.
Represent CookieYes’s point of view publicly through bylined articles, webinars and industry commentary.

REQUIREMENTS
LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised institution. Enrolment with a bar council is welcome but not required.
2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, in-house legal team, compliance function or legal publishing role.
Demonstrable writing ability outside pleadings and contracts. Send us published work, a blog, a newsletter or a substantial piece written for a non-lawyer audience.
The instinct to write for a business owner rather than a bench. Accuracy without legalese.
Working familiarity with data protection law, or clear evidence you can master a regulatory area quickly and thoroughly.
Fluency with AI tools for research, drafting and summarisation, paired with the discipline to verify every citation, holding and date against the primary source before it reaches a draft.
Research discipline: you cite primary sources, you check whether guidance has been superseded, and you do not build an argument on a secondary summary.
Sound judgement about the line between explaining the law and giving legal advice, and the care to keep our content on the right side of it.

GOOD TO HAVE
A privacy certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US or CIPM, or the intent to pursue one, which we will support.
Prior experience at a SaaS, privacy tech or legal tech company.
Experience drafting or negotiating DPAs and SaaS agreements.
Comfort with SEO, GEO and how legal content performs in traditional search, AI search and AI Overviews.
Additional language ability relevant to EU jurisdictions.
Good understanding of, or familiarity with, major global privacy and data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, DPA, PDPA, UCPA, and related regulations.

Meta Ads Specialist

CookieYes sells to website owners, agencies and developers, and a large part of that audience is reachable on Meta long before they search for a consent management platform. We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to own that channel properly: paid social as a measurable acquisition engine, not a brand-awareness line item.
You will run Facebook and Instagram campaigns end to end, from audience strategy and creative testing through to attribution and payback. You will own the spend and the number it produces.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Meta paid acquisition end to end: strategy, campaign structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, and daily optimisation.
Run prospecting, retargeting and lookalike campaigns against a defined CPA and payback target, and report honestly on which of them actually incrementally works.
Drive creative volume. Brief, test and iterate on a high cadence of static, video and UGC-style creative with design and the growth writer, and kill losers fast.
Own the measurement plan: pixel and Conversions API implementation, event mapping, offline and server-side conversions, and deduplication against other channels.
Configure tracking that survives a consent-first world. We sell consent management, so our own measurement setup has to be compliant and we have to be able to explain how.
Work with the growth writer and design on landing pages, and treat post-click conversion rate as part of your job rather than someone else’s.
Run structured incrementality and holdout tests rather than trusting platform-reported ROAS alone.
Report weekly on spend, CPA, signup quality, free-to-paid conversion and contribution to MRR.
Extend into adjacent paid social channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit or X where the audience justifies it.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years managing Meta Ads spend hands-on, with direct responsibility for a monthly budget you can quantify.
Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, Advantage+ and manual setups, audience building, bid strategies and creative testing frameworks.
Practical experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API, including server-side setup and event quality troubleshooting.
Strong creative judgement. You can look at a set of ads and predict which will work, and brief a designer so the next batch is better.
Analytical fluency in GA4 and spreadsheets, with an understanding of attribution windows, view-through inflation and where platform numbers overstate reality.
Experience optimising for a downstream event such as a paid conversion or qualified signup, not just a form fill.
Clear reporting. You can explain to a non-marketer why a campaign is scaling or being switched off.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience running paid social for B2B SaaS or a product-led, self-serve product.
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads experience alongside Meta.
Familiarity with consent mode, privacy-safe measurement and modelled conversions.
Comfort with basic video editing or AI creative tooling to prototype ad concepts without waiting on design.

AI Search & Agentic Growth Specialist (LLM SEO)

A growing share of the people who need a consent management platform now ask an AI assistant instead of a search engine. They ask ChatGPT how to comply with GDPR, they ask Claude to add a cookie banner to the site it just built, and they read an AI Overview instead of clicking a result. CookieYes intends to be the answer in those places.
This role has two halves. The first is AI search visibility: getting CookieYes recommended, cited and integrated across LLM surfaces. The second is agentic automation: building the AI workflows that let a small growth team operate like a much larger one. We are looking for someone who is genuinely hands-on with both.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own CookieYes’s visibility in AI search: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. Define how we measure it, then improve it.
Build the measurement layer for LLM visibility: prompt sets, share-of-voice tracking, citation monitoring and competitor benchmarking, so this stops being anecdotal.
Run generative engine optimisation in practice: content structure, entity and schema markup, extractable formatting, and the freshness signals that make a page quotable.
Identify which third-party sources LLMs cite in our category, and work with content, PR and partnerships to earn placement in them.
Work with product and partnerships on distribution inside AI ecosystems, including MCP servers, connector directories and plugin marketplaces, and on integrations with AI website builders.
Build agentic workflows for the growth team: competitor and regulation monitoring, content research and briefing pipelines, review and approval flows, reporting automation, and internal tooling that removes manual work.
Evaluate and integrate AI tooling across the growth stack, and set the guardrails: what gets automated, what stays human-reviewed, and how we check output quality.
Keep the traditional SEO fundamentals intact. AI search sits on top of technical health, internal linking and topical authority, not instead of them.
Report on AI-sourced traffic, assisted signups and share of voice, and tell the team plainly what is working and what is noise.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years in SEO, content strategy or growth engineering, with demonstrable recent work on AI search, GEO, AEO or LLM visibility.
Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or automations with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, or direct API and MCP integrations.
Working knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behaviour, including retrieval, grounding, citation patterns and why models hallucinate a competitor’s name.
Solid technical SEO foundation: crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
Comfort writing scripts. Python or JavaScript at the level needed to pull APIs, parse results and build a monitoring job.
The instinct to build measurement before making claims. This field is full of confident assertions with no data behind them.
Clear written communication, and the honesty to say when an AI channel is not yet worth the investment.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience with MCP servers, AI connector directories or plugin marketplace listings.
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs Brand Radar, Profound, Peec AI or similar AI visibility platforms.
Background in B2B SaaS, developer tooling or a technical product category.
Experience with digital PR or link earning as a route to citation.
Understanding of privacy and compliance as a subject area.

Content Writer

We are looking for a Content Writer to craft blogs, guides, case studies, landing pages and social content that explains privacy compliance to people who did not ask to become experts in it.
You will write for two audiences. The first is the business owner running their own website. The second is the agency, developer and partner community that deploys CookieYes across dozens or hundreds of client sites, and needs a different kind of content: implementation guides, partner enablement material, reseller and white-label explainers, and case studies built around agency outcomes. Our subject matter is technical and legal, so the craft here is clarity: taking something dense and making it feel obvious.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and edit across formats including blog posts, long-form guides, case studies, product pages, comparison pages, newsletters and social copy.
Produce agency and partner-facing content: implementation and migration guides, partner enablement material, co-marketing assets, and case studies that speak to agencies managing compliance across many client sites.
Research thoroughly: regulations, competitor positioning, customer questions and search intent, so that what you publish is accurate and genuinely useful.
Apply SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, structure, internal linking and search intent matching, while adapting content for evolving AI and answer-engine search.
Track how content performs on traffic, engagement and conversion, and experiment with messaging, headlines, CTAs and formats to improve results.
Audit and refresh existing content so the library stays current as regulations change.
Work with designers, marketers, partnerships and product to ship cohesive campaigns and resources.
Use AI tools to work faster while making sure the published result reads as though a person wrote it, because a person did.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of content writing experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
Strong writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics.
A portfolio of published work.
A solid understanding of SEO basics, and awareness of how AI search and answer engines are changing what gets read.
Comfort using AI to streamline your workflow without outsourcing your judgement to it.
Ability to juggle several pieces at once and work well with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity. You will need to learn a regulatory subject properly before writing about it.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience writing for an agency, developer or partner audience.
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA or other privacy regulations.
Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML.
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Search Console.

Affiliate Marketing Manager

Affiliates are CookieYes’s largest partner-driven acquisition channel and the one with the most room left in it. We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to set the strategy for the program and then run it: recruiting, activating and scaling a global base of publishers, agencies, developers, newsletter operators and content creators.
This is an operator role with a clear number attached. You will own affiliate-sourced paid signups and the revenue behind them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the strategy for the affiliate program: which partner segments to pursue, which geographies and platforms to prioritise, what the commission and incentive model should be, and what the program needs to look like at three times its current size.
Own affiliate recruitment: identify, pitch and onboard publishers, review sites, agencies, YouTube creators, newsletter operators and niche communities in our category.
The metric that matters is not affiliates signed up, but affiliates producing revenue. Own the journey from signup to first conversion, including repeat revenue and retention or reactivation.
Design and iterate the commission structure, including tiered and performance-based models for high-volume partners, testing new approaches and incentives, while benchmarking competitor affiliate programs to keep CookieYes’s commissions, attribution model, incentives and overall partner proposition competitive.
Manage the program day to day on platforms such as Tapfiliate or PartnerStack, including tracking, attribution, approvals and payouts.
Equip affiliates: creatives, landing pages, comparison content, product briefs, demo assets and campaign calendars.
Run affiliate-specific campaigns around launches, seasonal moments and regulatory deadlines.
Police quality. Monitor for brand-bidding violations, misleading claims, coupon abuse and fraudulent traffic, and enforce program terms.
Report weekly on signups, conversion rate, revenue per affiliate, activation rate, retention and payout efficiency, and act on what the numbers say.
Work with content, design and the growth team to produce assets affiliates actually use, and to fold partner content back into our own channels.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years running or supporting an affiliate, partner or performance marketing program, ideally for a SaaS or subscription product.
Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform such as Tapfiliate, PartnerStack, Impact, ShareASale or similar.
Familiarity with building and managing influencer partnerships across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), newsletters, and other relevant platforms, with an eye for repurposing and integrating influencer content into existing growth channels such as organic, paid, social, and content marketing.
Comfort with tracking and attribution mechanics: cookies, postbacks, coupon codes, and deduplication against other channels.
Strong outbound and relationship skills. A large part of this job is cold outreach that does not read as cold.
Analytical rigour in spreadsheets, and the judgement to spot a channel that looks good but is cannibalising organic.
Clear written English for partner communication, newsletters and program documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or a related field.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience automating partner onboarding, payouts and engagement workflows.
Experience in a WordPress, Shopify or other CMS plugin ecosystem.
Exposure to paid affiliate or co-funded ad programs.
Basic SEO knowledge, enough to judge the quality of an affiliate’s traffic.

Global Partnerships Manager

Distribution is the biggest lever CookieYes has. Our product already lives inside the WordPress, Wix, Shopify and HubSpot ecosystems, and the next wave of growth comes from CMS marketplaces, cloud marketplaces, hosting providers, AI platforms and website builders where our users already are.
We are hiring a Global Partnerships Manager to build that layer. You will identify, negotiate, launch and grow integration and distribution partnerships across international markets, and you will work as closely with our product and engineering teams as you do with partner business teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the partnerships pipeline end to end: sourcing, qualification, pitch, commercial negotiation, launch and ongoing growth.
Score and prioritise that pipeline against a consistent framework of revenue potential, strategic value and implementation effort, so engineering time goes to the partnerships that pay for it rather than the ones with the best-known logo.
Build and maintain relationships with CMS platforms, website builders, hosting providers, agencies, cloud marketplaces and AI platform ecosystems.
Use data on where CookieYes users already are to justify which platforms we integrate with next.
Work with product and engineering to scope integrations: write the partner-side requirements, help shape PRDs, and stay involved until the integration is live.
Manage marketplace listings across app stores and marketplaces, and drive placement, co-marketing and featured slots.
Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share, bulk and add-on licensing, and co-selling arrangements.
Build joint go-to-market plans with partner marketing teams: launch campaigns, webinars, documentation and co-branded content.
Report on partner-sourced signups, revenue and pipeline, and forecast the contribution of each channel.
Represent CookieYes at partner events and industry conferences.

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years in partnerships, business development or alliances at a SaaS company, with direct ownership of signed and launched deals.
Experience working with international partners across time zones, and the flexibility to take calls outside standard IST hours when a deal needs it.
Comfort building a business case: sizing revenue potential, weighing strategic value, and estimating implementation effort well enough to defend a priority order to product and engineering.
Commercial fluency. You can build a deal model, argue a revenue share, and walk away when a partnership is not worth the build cost.
Enough technical literacy to hold a credible conversation about APIs, SDKs, plugins and integration architecture.
Experience with app marketplaces or platform ecosystems such as WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Wix, Webflow, AWS or Azure.
Strong written communication. Partner proposals, one-pagers and internal business cases are a large part of the job.
Comfort operating with ambiguity and building a process where none exists.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience in privacy, compliance, security or another regulated software category.
Familiarity with cloud marketplace listing and co-sell mechanics.
Exposure to AI platform ecosystems, plugin directories or MCP-style integrations.
A working network among CMS, hosting or agency ecosystems.

Growth Lead

CookieYes is a consent management platform used by over a million websites to stay compliant with GDPR, CCPA and a growing list of global privacy regulations. We are a product of Mozilor, and we sell to business owners, agencies and developers in more than 100 countries through a product-led motion and a fast-expanding marketplace and partner network.
We are hiring a Growth Lead to own the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention. You will write the growth plan, own the budget behind it, and be accountable for the number it produces. This is not a coordination role. You get real spend, a team to build, and the authority to decide what we try next, and in exchange we expect a high rate of shipped experiments and a straight answer every week on what worked.
We are looking for someone who has done this at scale before, in a SaaS business past $10M ARR, and who runs the ship without being asked twice.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the growth plan and its implementation. Set quarterly targets across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention, sequence the work, and be accountable for shipping it rather than presenting it.
Own the numbers end to end: signups, activation rate, free-to-paid conversion, cohort retention, churn, expansion revenue and CAC payback.
Acquisition: lead across organic, paid, product-led, AI search and marketplace channels, and decide where budget and effort go each quarter.
Onboarding: own the path from install to a live consent banner. Work with product to cut steps, reduce drop-off, and get every new user to first value fast.
Engagement: build the lifecycle programme across email, in-app messaging and in-product prompts that brings users back into the product and deepens usage.
Retention and churn: track cohort retention, diagnose where and why accounts leave, run win-back and reactivation, and take the structural fixes to product and support.
Expansion: drive upgrades and plan movement through usage-based triggers, and design and analyse pricing and packaging tests with product and finance.
Build and run the experimentation roadmap across the website, onboarding, pricing page, in-app upgrade paths and lifecycle email.
Build the growth reporting layer. Define the metrics that matter, instrument them properly, and make the numbers legible to the wider team.
Partner with the Global Partnerships and Affiliate teams so that channel growth and self-serve growth reinforce each other rather than compete.
Manage and mentor a small team of specialists across performance, lifecycle, SEO and AI search, and hire into gaps as the team scales.
Own the paid budget: allocate it across channels, defend the allocation with data, and reallocate the moment the data changes.
Run a weekly growth review: what was shipped, what moved, what we are killing.
OWNERSHIP AND WAYS OF WORKING
You will own the number. Not contribute to it, not support it. If growth is behind, it is your call what changes and your job to say so early.
Experiment velocity is a standing expectation, not a stretch goal. We would rather run ten tests and lose six than deliberate for a quarter and ship two.
You will not be handed a backlog. You are expected to find the constraint yourself, decide what to do about it, and start.
Decisions get made with the data available, not the data you wish you had. Speed of iteration beats precision of planning here.
You will have real budget and the authority to move it. That comes with the obligation to report honestly when it is not working.
Small team, no layers, direct access to leadership and product. Nothing about this role requires waiting for permission.

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years in growth, performance or product marketing, including direct growth ownership at a B2B SaaS business at $10M+ ARR scale.
Evidence you have moved a company-level number at that scale. Tell us what it was when you took it, what you changed, and where it ended up.
Full-lifecycle ownership, not acquisition alone. We want to hear about a retention, onboarding or expansion number you moved, not only a channel you scaled.
Experience owning a substantial paid acquisition budget, including the decision to cut spend that was not paying back.
A track record of running experiments at volume, with a system for prioritising them and the discipline to kill losers quickly.
Experience turning a growth plan into a sequenced roadmap and delivering against it quarter after quarter.
Strong command of funnel and cohort analytics. You are comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, and you pull your own data rather than waiting on someone else.
Hands-on paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, and the judgement to know when to switch a channel off.
Working knowledge of SEO and content-led acquisition, enough to direct specialists and judge quality.
Experience building lifecycle and in-product messaging programmes in tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Intercom or similar.
Statistical literacy. You know what a valid test looks like and you do not call results early.
Experience hiring, managing and holding a small team to account.
Self-direction. You have operated without close supervision before and preferred it.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience with a freemium or open-source distribution model, particularly WordPress or another CMS plugin ecosystem.
Exposure to privacy, compliance, security or developer tooling markets.
Experience in a product-led business that also runs partner and marketplace channels.
Familiarity with how AI assistants, AI Overviews and LLM surfaces are changing discovery and search.

If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, kindly share your updated resume with us at careers@mozilor.com

UX Writer (Growth)

CookieYes sells something most website owners find confusing and slightly stressful: privacy compliance. The words on our website, in our emails and inside our signup flow decide whether a visitor feels capable or overwhelmed, and whether they convert.
We are hiring a UX Writer into the growth team to own those words. This is a conversion-focused writing role, not a product documentation one. You will write and test the copy across our website, landing pages, lifecycle email, paid campaigns, pricing pages and upgrade flows, and you will be measured on what the copy does to the numbers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the copy across all growth surfaces: homepage, product and feature pages, campaign landing pages, pricing page, comparison pages, and the signup and upgrade flows.
Write lifecycle and marketing email: onboarding sequences, activation nudges, trial and upgrade prompts, win-back, feature announcements and newsletters.
Write ad and social copy for paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and keep iterating on the variants that perform.
Build campaign and partner landing pages with design and performance marketing, and ship them without waiting on engineering.
Run copy experiments and own the test backlog for words: headlines, value propositions, CTAs, form length, pricing framing, social proof placement.
Turn privacy and compliance language into benefit-led copy a small business owner understands in one read.
Keep the message consistent across the funnel, from ad to landing page to onboarding email, and maintain the messaging and voice guidelines the rest of the team writes against.
Write the in-product growth surfaces: upgrade prompts, plan limits, paywalls and activation nudges, with product and design.
Work with SEO and content so that pages rank and convert, rather than one at the expense of the other.

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years writing conversion-focused copy for a digital product across websites, landing pages, email or paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of core UX principles, user flows, interaction patterns, and information hierarchy.
A portfolio with outcomes attached: what you wrote, what it replaced, and what happened to the metric.
Hands-on experience running A/B tests on copy, and the honesty to report a flat result as flat.
Working knowledge of an email or lifecycle platform such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Klaviyo, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Intercom, or Braze.
Comfort in a CMS or page builder such as WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce or a headless CMS such as Strapi. Familiarity with a React-based front end like Next.js is a plus.
Understanding of SEO & GEO fundamentals and how they shape, and sometimes constrain, conversion copy.
Comfort working in Figma, Claude Design, Chat GPT Codex alongside designers.
Fluent, precise English with an ear for tone, and the judgement to cut anything that isn't earning its place.

GOOD TO HAVE
Experience writing for B2B SaaS products, with a strong understanding of user journeys, ideally in a freemium or free-trial motion.
Familiarity with privacy, compliance, fintech or another regulated category.
Experience writing for a global, largely non-native-English audience.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
