Solution Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager with 5+ years of experience in software development and team leadership. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, manage end-to-end solution delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of software projects. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server, along with excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Plan, allocate, and monitor development tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
Drive the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.
Review project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
Optimize application and database performance through efficient coding and SQL Server tuning.
Support production environments and resolve critical technical issues.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and project reports.
Drive continuous process improvement and encourage innovation within the team.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in software development and solution delivery.
Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience in database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Web API, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application deployment is an added advantage.

Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
Role Overview:We are looking for an L&D Manager to build and scale a structured learning ecosystem that drives measurable improvement in individual and organizational performance. The role will focus on aligning learning initiatives with business goals, product capabilities, andperformance metrics (KPIs/KRAs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy & Framework
Design and implement an organization-wide L&D strategy aligned with business and product goals.
Build structured learning pathways for technical, functional, and leadership roles.
Integrate L&D initiatives with the Performance Management System (PMS).
2. Capability Building (Core Focus)
Identify skill gaps across engineering, product, operations, and support teams.
Design targeted interventions for:
Product knowledge (features, architecture, use cases).
Technical skills (coding, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Functional skills (delivery, customer success, sales enablement).
Behavioural skills (communication, ownership, collaboration)
3. Training Design & Delivery
Develop training programs (in-house and external).
Create onboarding and continuous learning programs.
Leverage SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) for internal training delivery.
Ensure blended learning (classroom, e-learning, hands-on labs).
4. Performance-Linked Learning
Align training initiatives to KPI/KRA gaps identified through PMS.
Work closely with business leaders to improve team performance through capability development.
Build role-based competency frameworks.
5. Measurement & Impact
Define and track effectiveness of training programs using:
KPI improvements
Productivity metrics
Quality improvements (defect rates, TAT, etc.)
Move beyond attendance-based tracking to outcome-based measurement.
6. Learning Infrastructure & Tools
Implement and manage LMS or learning platforms.
Create learning dashboards and reports for leadership.
Enable automation and scalability of learning initiatives.
Key Deliverables (First 6 Months):
Organization-wide competency framework
Skill gap analysis across functions
Quarterly learning roadmap
Role-based training programs launched
Training effectiveness measurement framework
Integration with PMS
Required Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a software/product company.
Strong understanding of technical and functional roles in product organizations.
. Experience in building L&D frameworks from scratch.
Exposure to LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills
