Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, with the ability to drive organic traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical, and Local SEO) to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and optimize website performance.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Execute lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months and up to 1 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO).
- Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech, Master's Degree, MBA, or any other relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Backend Developer / Laravel Developer (Immediate Hiring)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Laravel Developer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in PHP and the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, experience in RESTful API development, and a solid understanding of database management and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality and reliable software solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services into applications.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS is an added advantage.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases and application performance.

Requirements
