Position: Business Analyst

Overview
This role leads end-to-end client onboarding and functional delivery for ERP implementations. You’ll coordinate kick-offs, map client business processes to ERP workflows, configure the system, and support users through go-live and beyond. Acting as the primary liaison among clients, development, and QA, you turn business needs into clear functional requirements and documentation, ensure timely execution, and enable users with training and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Implementation & Onboarding: Drive project kick-offs, align on scope and timelines, map processes to ERP, perform basic configurations, and support go-live and stabilization.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage stakeholders, run workshops, capture change requests, and translate business needs into actionable functional requirements.
- Functional Documentation (FSD): Produce detailed FSDs including workflows, use cases, business rules, and validations; clarify requirements with dev and QA throughout the lifecycle.
- Module Training & User Support: Deliver module-specific training, create user guides and materials, and resolve functional queries to promote adoption.
- Coordination & Communication: Serve as the bridge across Client–Dev–QA, track progress and dependencies, and drive timely closure of issues and change requests.

Skills and Qualifications
- Process & Delivery: Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile; ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in parallel.
- Tools: Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, or ClickUp.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong presentation and training skills; problem-solving mindset with client- centric focus.

Success Measures
- On-time, in-scope go-lives with minimal post-implementation issues.
- Clear, actionable FSDs that reduce rework and speed development/QA.
- High user adoption and satisfaction through effective training and support. Efficient cross-team coordination leading to fast turnaround on changes.

Angular + .Net Core (Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain .NET Web APIs using C#.
Develop interactive, responsive UI components using Angular.
Integrate REST APIs with the frontend and ensure optimal performance.
Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval.
Ensure cross - browser compatibility and implement responsive web design.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications for performance improvements.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for seamless development.
Follow best coding practices, maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of experience in .NET Web API development
Proficiency in C# and Entity Framework
Strong knowledge of SQL (writing queries, stored procedures, indexing, and optimization).
Experience in Angular
Strong understanding of REST API design and integration
Knowledge and practical experience in AI frameworks will be an added advantage.
