Sales Development Representative

Role: Sales Development Representative
Work experience: 3+ years

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
• New customer acquisition activities, including lead generation and sales funnel development
• Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research
• Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients
• Assessing client requirements & creating database of new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a business development or sales executive, with exposure to IT customer support will be an added advantage

System Engineer-L2

Work Experience: 2-4years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi
Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain various Windows Server operating systems
• Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server (on-prem and/or hybrid)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365) services including user account, license, and mailbox management
• Administer and monitor Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments
• Maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including system software and
application configurations
• Perform backup operations and develop/execute disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Execute and support Level 1 network-related tasks, escalating where appropriate
• Manage and maintain various applications/tools like RMM, Ticketing, IT Documentation, EDR etc.

Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, GPO, and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware platforms
• Backup and disaster recovery experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Tools (RMM/Ticketing/Documentation/Backup)

Professional Skills:
• Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
• Relevant certification would be a plus

Essential requirement:
• Willing to work in dedicated night shift
