# Who we are

White Rabbit Group is a company that partners with world-class agencies for web and mobile app development and design, letting our customers focus on what they do best, while we focus on building. We work across a broad spectrum of technologies including PHP, React, Node, Strapi, Shopify, WordPress, and fully native and hybrid mobile apps. With nearly 100 full-time employees across the US, Colombia, and India, we collaborate closely to bring our customers’ visions to life—and have fun doing it!

# What we're looking for

We're looking for someone to capture and tell the story of life at White Rabbit. Our teams span US, Brazil, and Kochi, and a lot of what makes us who we are happens in those offices every day: the events, the wins, the milestones, and the small moments in between. This role makes sure none of it goes unseen.

You'll work directly with our CEO to bring his vision to life for how White Rabbit shows up, both to our own teams and out in the world on LinkedIn, Instagram, and anywhere else our people and clients are watching. Think part storyteller, part producer, part social lead.
The heart of the role is content and communications, not photography. That said, if you have a real eye for a photo and know your way around a camera, that goes a long way. We can bring in external photographers when we need them, but someone who can grab the shot themselves is a big plus.

# Responsibilities

- Cover events, celebrations, and day to day office life across our US, Brazil, and India teams, and turn them into content worth sharing
- Work directly with the CEO to execute his vision for how White Rabbit shows up internally and externally
- Be a brand cheerleader on the floor, bringing energy to office life and getting people genuinely excited to show up and take part.
- Plan, create, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels with a consistent voice and look
- Build and run a content calendar that keeps our culture visible internally and our presence active externally
- Capture photos and short form video at events and around the office, or direct external photographers when we bring them in
- Partner with team leads across offices to stay ahead of what's happening and what's worth highlighting
- Keep our photo, video, and asset library organized and easy to pull from
- Track what's landing across channels and use it to sharpen what comes next

# Qualifications

- A strong sense of story and an eye for what makes good content
- 2+ years in marketing, social media, content, or communications
- Hands on experience running social accounts, LinkedIn and Instagram especially
- Skilled in writing short, sharp copy for social and internal channels
- Comfortable working across time zones with US, Brazil, and India teams
- Organized and self directed, able to juggle multiple offices and timelines

# Bonus Points

- Strong command over English language
- A portfolio or social accounts you've built or grown
- A genuinely good photographic eye and hands on experience shooting photo or video
- Basic photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Design sense and familiarity with tools like Canva or the Adobe suite
- Experience covering live events

# Benefits

- Health insurance
- Employee Well-being & Assistance Program
- 40+ Paid Off days
- Year-end leave encashment
