Lead DevOps Enginner(AWS,Datadog)

Experion Technologies is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer. The role owns the implementation and
continual improvement of the Datadog observability platform with a strong focus on the user
experience lens, works as a virtual team member across engineering squads on their DevOps and
infrastructure needs, and provides dedicated support through campaign readiness activities and
campaign period,approx. six months.

General Activities
Implementation and continual improvement of our observability platform (Datadog), particularly but not limited to the user experience lens.
Working across our engineering squads as a virtual team member, helping with their DevOps and infrastructure requirements as well as helping them deliver observability as part of their engineering activities.
Participating in our campaign readiness activities, including but not limited to supporting load testing and participating in gamedays as an incident responder.
Liaising closely with our managed infrastructure provider on infrastructure requirements and activities.

Skills:
Strong hands-on experience instrumenting and configuring Datadog, particularly from a user experience perspective — RUM, Session Replay, distributed tracing, and APM.
Solid infrastructure-as-code capability (CloudFormation and CDK), comfortable reading and reviewing someone else's estate as well as writing their own.
A good working knowledge of GitHub Actions as well as AWS Code Pipeline.
Real incident response experience on high-traffic systems — able to lead an investigation through metrics and traces, not just provide the tooling for someone else to.
Exposure to load and performance testing as part of readiness work.
The presence to be a key liaison between our infrastructure partner and our internal platform team.
Availability for extended support hours during campaign period -approx. 6 months.
Excellent Communication skills since there will be Client Interview

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Leadership & Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions within Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
throughout the project lifecycle.
• End-to-End Implementation: Own the technical delivery of full-cycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations — from requirements gathering and solution architecture through configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integration Management: Architect and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM and external systems (including FinOps where applicable) using APIs, Dataverse, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other middleware tools.
• Requirements Analysis: Partner directly with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture documents.
• Data Management: Oversee data migration activities, ensure data integrity, and manage CRM data using tools like XRMToolbox, SSIS, and the Data Management Framework (DMF) where FinOps integration is involved.
• Reporting & Analytics: Guide the development and customization of reports and dashboards using SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights.
• Lifecycle Management (ALM): Drive the use of Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for source control, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment monitoring.
• Technical Governance & Optimization: Establish coding standards, lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and security policies.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients/stakeholders during implementation, manage technical risk, and ensure delivery timelines are met in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, including at least 2-3 years in a technical lead or lead developer capacity.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle D365 CRM implementation projects from inception to go-live, across multiple client engagements.
• Experience integrating D365 CRM with Dynamics 365 FinOps or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE SDK, plugins, workflows, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting.
• Strong experience with APIs (REST/OData), Dataverse, and third-party/legacy system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
• Working knowledge of X++ and D365 FinOps/AX is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams while managing multiple priorities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred / Added Advantage
• Prior experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the Airlines or Freight/Logistics domain is a strong added advantage.

Lead Data Engineer

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related Azure services.
▪ Develop complex and optimized T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects in SQL Server.
▪ Perform SQL Server database development and administration activities, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data integrity management.
▪ Build and maintain data integration pipelines connecting multiple source and target systems.
▪ Work with Azure data platform services to develop and support cloud-based data solutions.
▪ Analyze source systems and changing data structures and adapt data pipelines accordingly.
▪ Apply light-to-medium data modeling techniques to support analytical and operational data requirements.
▪ Work with large volumes of structured and semi-structured data and ensure efficient data processing.
▪ Troubleshoot data pipeline failures, data quality issues, performance problems, and production incidents.
▪ Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify and resolve issues.
