Space Availability

Infopark allocates spaces in Government-owned buildings through a queue system on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies interested in leasing space may submit a Letter of Intent (LoI) addressed to the CEO, Infopark, including company profile, business activity, and space requirements.

Upon availability, companies in the queue will be invited to submit a detailed business plan and supporting documents for evaluation. Infopark reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on the proposal.

Rental and commercial terms will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
