Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various technologies and locations in India.
Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Handle multiple recruitment requirements and meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic IT/technical recruitment.
• Strong sourcing experience across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indian job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with IT services, consulting, or staffing organisations.
• Experience handling recruitment for multiple locations across India.
• Familiarity with volume hiring and niche technical hiring.
• Ability to work closely with delivery teams and hiring managers.
