IT Coordinator

We’re Hiring – IT Coordinator (Onsite)

SpiralCode Innovates is looking for an experienced and responsible IT Coordinator to work onsite at our client location.

Position: IT Coordinator

Work Mode: Onsite
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
* Coordinate ERP/software-related issues with the team
* Manage IT hardware, software, licenses and assets
* Coordinate with internet, hardware and other IT service vendors
* Handle user accounts, system access and basic IT security requirements
* Maintain IT asset records and issue logs
* Monitor and support routine IT operations at the client location
* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team

Requirements

* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support / IT coordination
* Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware and basic troubleshooting
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to work independently at a client location
* ERP/software support experience will be an added advantage
