Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in frontend, backend, and database systems. The role requires ownership of application architecture, high-performance database design, connection pooling, scalability, and mentoring teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
1.Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability web applications
2.Own end-to-end development from UI to database
3.Build reusable, modular, and well-tested codebases
4.Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the stack

Frontend Responsibilities
1.Build modern, responsive UIs using:
2.React / Angular / Vue /
3.HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap
4.Manage complex state using Redux / Zustand / Context API
5.Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting)
6.Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility

Backend Responsibilities
1.Design and implement backend services using:
2.Node.js / Python / Java / .NET /NEST
3.Express, FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.
4.Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs
5.Implement authentication and authorization:
6.JWT, OAuth2, SSO, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
7.Handle async processing, queues, and background jobs
8.Implement caching strategies (Redis, in-memory caches)

Database & Data Engineering Responsibilities
1.Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases:
2.PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
3.MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis
4.Design normalized and denormalized schemas based on use cases
5.Implement and manage database connection pooling:
6.PgBouncer, HikariCP, Sequelize/TypeORM pools, SQLAlchemy pools
7.Optimize database performance:
8.Indexing strategies
9.Query optimization
10.Execution plan analysis
11.Handle high-concurrency systems and transaction management
12.Implement data consistency, isolation levels, and locking strategies
13.Design and manage read replicas, sharding, and partitioning
14.Implement database migrations and versioning
15.Ensure data security:
16.Encryption at rest and in transit
17.Secure credentials and secrets management
18.Monitor database health and performance metrics
19.Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies

Architecture & System Design
1.Design scalable architectures (monolith → microservices)
2.Implement event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ
3.Apply design patterns and best practices
4.Perform system load analysis and capacity planning
5.Ensure fault tolerance and graceful degradation

DevOps & Cloud Responsibilities
1.Deploy and manage applications on:
2.AWS / Azure / GCP
3.Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines
4.Containerize applications using Docker
5.Orchestrate services using Kubernetes
6.Optimize infrastructure cost and performance

Leadership & Collaboration
1.Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews

3.Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
4.Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
5.Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical estimations
