Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 9+ years of IT experience to lead software development projects from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Java or .NET development before transitioning into project management. The role requires excellent client-facing skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including experience managing software development projects.
• Prior hands-on development experience in Java or .NET is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience interacting directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing project updates.
• Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with development teams and review technical solutions.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
