Software QA / Application Testing Trainee

We are looking for fresh graduates with a strong academic background who are interested in software quality assurance and application testing. This is a 3-month training opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn and gain practical experience working with real-world applications.

Educational Qualification

* B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech/M.E., MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Previous professional QA experience is not required

Skills & Qualities

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to test web and software applications from an end-user perspective
* Ability to identify usability issues, functional problems, and unexpected application behavior
* Ability to clearly document and report bugs with steps to reproduce
* Ability to provide meaningful feedback and suggestions to improve the user experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn new applications, tools, and technologies
* Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts is preferred

Nice to Have

* Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman
* Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
* Exposure to QA/testing tools or bug-tracking systems
* Basic understanding of web and mobile applications

Training Opportunity

Selected candidates will join as Software QA / Application Testing Trainees for an initial 3-month period. During this period, they will work with real applications, perform functional and end-user testing, identify and document issues, and provide feedback to the development team.

Based on the candidate’s performance, technical ability, quality of work, communication, and overall contribution during the training period, the company may offer a full-time position or contract opportunity.

Candidates who successfully complete the training program will receive an experience certificate.
