About the Role

Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at Infopark, Kochi.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations.

Freshers only – no prior work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related activities and requirements.

Support employee engagement activities and company events.

Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.

Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.

Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Freshers only; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Final-year students may also apply if eligible.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Interest in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
