Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

Array Platforms Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable company solutions and services.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT services or software sales will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of lead generation tools and digital outreach platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
