Java Full Stack Devoleper[Java Angular]

Key Responsibilities:
Backend and architecture:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring ecosystem.
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following clean code, SOLID principles, and established design patterns.
Design and implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control, including SSO and external identity provider integrations.
Develop and optimize schemas, indexes, queries, and transactions.
Implement caching, asynchronous processing, messaging, and event-driven communication where appropriate.
Diagnose and resolve performance issues, production defects, and complex technical problems.

Frontend:
Build and maintain frontend features using Angular and TypeScript.
Integrate frontend applications with backend services and ensure reliable end-to-end workflows.

AI-assisted engineering:
Use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate design, implementation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
Configure and use MCP servers and connectors that give agents controlled access to repositories, issue trackers, databases, documentation, and internal tools.
Create and maintain reusable agent assets such as project instructions, skills, prompts, and workflows for the team.
Critically review, test, and take full ownership of AI-generated code; never ship code you do not understand.
Ensure AI tools are used in line with data-protection and security policies, especially around clinical and patient data.

Quality and collaboration:
Write unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews.
Contribute to application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized or cloud deployment environments.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
Mentor junior developers, including on effective and responsible use of AI coding tools, and contribute to technical documentation.

Experience and Education:
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot backend experience, with production microservices delivered.
Practical frontend experience with Angular (or React).
Demonstrated use of AI coding agents in professional development work.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to own features from design through development, testing, and deployment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical decision-making.
