AWS Cloud Architect

We are looking for a Cloud Architect to help a client optimize and scale their AWS environment. This role involves assessing the current AWS setup, improving governance and security, and guiding the internal cloud team on best practices.



Key Responsibilities Assess the AWS environment and define a roadmap for optimization. Establish best practices for AWS account governance, security, and resource management. Provide guidance on AWS standardization and cost optimization. Mentor the client’s cloud team and support decision-making. Assist in Terraform Cloud adoption for Infrastructure as Code. Ensure secure authentication via Azure AD and IAM policy management. Technical Environment AWS Infrastructure: multiple AWS accounts, EC2 instances and S3 buckets. Governance: AWS Control Tower for account management.

Databases: Amazon RDS (MySQL, SQL Server), managed internally.

Networking & Security: Azure AD for SSO, AWS tunnels for data center connectivity.

DevOps & CI/CD: Existing pipelines, Terraform Cloud for infrastructure automation.

Upcoming Priorities: Cost analysis, Cloudflare for public services.
