Tele Sales Trainee

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our software products.
Understand customer requirements and explain our products and solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with prospective customers and schedule product demonstrations/meetings.
Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development team.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Develop good knowledge of the company's software products and services.

Requirements
Fresh graduates from any discipline can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
Candidates from Chikkamagaluru and nearby locations will be preferred.
Work timings will be flexible based on the region assigned. Candidates may be required to work according to SEA (Southeast Asia) or Gulf region working hours, as per the assigned schedule and business requirements.
