Field Sales Executive – Ernakulam

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or direct sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, with the ability to interact with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain available plans, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit businesses and potential clients across Ernakulam district to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers through direct business visits and interactions.
• Explain product features, available plans, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide relevant information to customers.
• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Handle customer queries and clarify doubts regarding products and plans.
• Convert interested prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth handover after sales closure.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Ability to confidently interact with customers and explain product details.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to explain product features, plans, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Experience in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion.
• Comfortable with face-to-face meetings and business visits across Ernakulam district.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel across Ernakulam district for client meetings.

Qualification
• Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant field sales experience will be given preference.
