Product Specialist (SaaS) - Pre-Sales & Digital Marketing
We are looking for a proactive professional to support product demonstrations, customer coordination, documentation, and marketing activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, support business growth, and contribute to product and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct product demos and explain product features to prospective customers
2. Understand customer requirements and assist in solution recommendations
3. Prepare client proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
4. Manage and support existing customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue follow-ups
5. Coordinate with internal teams (tech/support/implementation/sales) to ensure timely resolution and delivery
6. Create and maintain product documentation, brochures, and marketing collateral
7. Support company marketing activities including content, presentations, and brand assets
8. Plan and execute digital marketing activities such as lead generation support, campaign coordination, and content execution for the company and clients.
9. Stay updated with platform/API documentation and industry changes relevant to the product
Required Skills:
1. 2 – 5 years of experience in Product Specialist / Pre-Sales / Customer Success / Product Marketing / Digital Marketing roles
2. Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer-facing workflows
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing (lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing funnels)
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
6. Strong organizational skills with a proactive follow-up approach
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with messaging automation platforms / WhatsApp CRM tools
2. Exposure to chatbot automation or AI-enabled product features
3. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or CRM workflows
