Sr. Human Resource Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
•Source, screen, and select candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate assessments, reference checks, offer negotiation, offer release, and induction.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation, including job descriptions, candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring reports.
•Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, including policy clarification, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
•Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining proper documentation for audits and legal purposes.
•Handle employee relations issues by conducting investigations into complaints, as well as organizing employee engagement activities and necessary training programs.
•Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
•Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
•Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records, legal documents, policy documents, disciplinary actions, and performance-related reports.
Desired Candidate profile:
•Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
•In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
•Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
