Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant who can support, enhance, and implement Oracle HRMS modules. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of HRMS processes along with technical skills in Oracle development tools to support customizations, integrations, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle R12 HRMS modules, including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Self Service HR (SSHR)
• iRecruitment
• Absence Management
• Performance Management (optional)
Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) .
Configure HRMS setups , including:
• Business Groups
• Organizations
• Positions
• Jobs
• Grades
• Payroll Elements
Work with business users for HR process improvements and automation.
Support UAT, SIT, and production issues.
Technical Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle Reports / BI Publisher.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and APIs related to HRMS.
• Work with Oracle HRMS public APIs for data uploads and integrations.
• Develop interfaces using SQL Loader, external tables, and staging tables .
• Customize Oracle Workflow / AME related to HR approvals.
• Support Fast Formula configurations where required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HRMS architecture and modules.
Experience in HRMS setups and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong PL/SQL development skills.
Experience with:
• Oracle HRMS APIs
• BI Publisher / Oracle Reports
• Interfaces and data migration
Knowledge of Oracle Workflow / AME is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Payroll implementation and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of data migration tools and HRMS integrations.
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology / HR / Engineering or related field.
