Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Exacore IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base
Identify new business opportunities in IT services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Participate in networking events, conferences, and business meetings
Mentor and guide junior sales team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
5 years of experience in IT services/software sales
Strong understanding of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales within IT services companies
Knowledge of enterprise solutions like Oracle
