Java Developer (4 - 6 Years) - Immediate Joiners Only

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer (4 - 6 years of experience) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database development, along with experience integrating third-party services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business and technical requirements to design backend solutions
2. Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based backend applications
3. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
4. Build and optimize database schemas, queries, and architecture
5. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
6. Integrate third-party services using REST APIs and JSON
7. Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution prior to deployment
8. Ensure application performance, scalability, stability, and security
9. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills:

1. 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
2. Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Design (OOD/OOP) principles
3. Experience with Spring Boot / Spring MVC and related frameworks
4. Strong understanding of REST API development and Microservices architecture
5. Solid knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
6. Experience working with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
7. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
8. Good understanding of debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
9. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Hibernate / JPA
2. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
4. Experience with API security standards like OAuth2 / JWT
