Technical Delivery Manager (Exp: 5 - 8 Years)
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience to support the successful delivery of software development projects and client engagements. The role requires a strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to discuss technical solutions with clients while aligning them with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the delivery of software development projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope adherence
2. Work closely with clients and internal technical teams to understand requirements and ensure successful execution
3. Translate business requirements into clear deliverables and tasks for development teams
4. Coordinate with development, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
5. Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and solution planning
6. Track delivery progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers
7. Ensure delivered solutions align with the agreed scope and client expectations
8. Provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders
9. Build strong relationships with existing clients and support account growth through upselling opportunities
10. Identify potential new project requirements within existing accounts and collaborate with sales/ business teams
Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
2. Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate solutions in business terms
3. Experience working with software development teams in an IT services environment
4. Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Familiarity with Agile/ Scrum or similar methodologies
6. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
8. Experience supporting client account growth/farming/renewals is a plus
