As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, presenting company services, and closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and digital marketing services.
* Conduct lead generation through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
* Research potential clients and understand their business needs.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
* Schedule meetings with prospects and present company services effectively.
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
* Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
Proposal & Sales Closure:
* Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service documents.
* Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.
* Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
CRM & Pipeline Management:
* Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
* Track leads from initial contact to closure.
* Generate sales reports and analyze pipeline performance.
Target Achievement & Relationship Management:
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
* BBA / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or related field).
* Prior experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or business development is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply.
