Business Development Manager
We are a growing technology solutions provider, offering end-to-end services in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related solutions) as well as digital services (web, apps, and SEO). We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive growth across both verticals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in ERP and digital services.
2. Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal drafting, negotiation, and closure.
3. Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
5. Understand client requirements and map them to ERP & digital offerings.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements :
1. 1+ years of proven experience in sales and/or implementation of ERP solutions and digital services.
2. Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
