BIM Engineer - MEP

Job Location: Infopark – Thrissur, Koratty, India.
Experience Level: 4–6 Years

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling and coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Autodesk Revit. This role involves the creation and coordination of MEP BIM models for various types of building projects, ensuring high-quality design integration, clash-free execution, and alignment with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Team Lead in diverse BIM projects.
• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Deliver high-quality MEP shop and Fabrication drawings, documentation, and clash detection reports.
• Perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep & Navisworks Manage software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
