About the Role:
JK Lucent is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Gen AI solutions for our global client base. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Infopark Koratty (Kerala) delivery centre. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, market research capability, and hands-on execution to drive product success. You'll work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to transform AI ideas into business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Market research to understand the problem clearly.
• Design product strategy and roadmap so as to serve different clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Involve in sprint planning and executing daily scrums.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Give product status presentations to the client.

Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products.
• Strong educational background in Computer Science, Management or related fields.
• Demonstrated management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in various AI and machine learning technologies and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out of the box.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
