1) Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic UI Designer Intern to join our team at MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited. As a UI Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design team to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role offers hands-on experience in UI design, an opportunity to collaborate on real-world projects, and a chance to develop your skills in a supportive, innovative environment.

2) Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in designing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products that align with user needs and brand guidelines.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
* Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to ensure designs meet project requirements.
* Support the team in developing consistent design systems, including typography, color schemes, and UI components.
* Adapt designs based on feedback from team members and usability testing results.
* Stay updated on the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
* Prepare design assets and specifications for handoff to relevant teams.

3) Skills and Qualifications:

* Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating and editing design assets.
* Creativity: A strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing, user-centric designs.
* Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to produce meticulous designs with a focus on pixel-perfect execution.
* Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about UI design and user experience best practices.
