Senior Test Engineer

# Responsibilities

- Own quality of the project deliverables.
- Plan a strategy for overall quality for the projects.
- Collaborate with the project team members to ensure successful (and qualitative) project executions.
- Suggest quality process improvements in a continuous manner.
- Adhere to the defined process, policies & SOPs.
- Be a great team player who will have proactive communications to resolve dependencies within & outside the QA department & the project teams.

- Mentor junior team members.

# Qualifications

- At least 4 years experience in Manual Testing for both Web & Mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience in User Interface / Design testing.
- Ability to implement test scripts to assess user experience, functionality and performance of the projects.
- Strong ability to identify defects at an early stage of the Project Lifecycle (Shift Left).
- Passion to improve efficiency of your work (Ex. Automation).
- Strong organising skills and ability to strictly adhere the process in a disciplined manner.
- Must be an enthusiast with a go-for-it attitude
- Have an urge to collaborate and communicate asynchronously.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Web Platform Engineer

Experience : 2+ Years | Work Location : Kochi

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly adaptable software engineer with strong foundation in PHP / CMS or similar backend technologies, who thrives working across diverse tech stacks to delivering high-quality solutions.

As part of this role, you will act as an individual contributor, implementing the vision set by technical leads and architects, while contributing your own perspective to discussions that shape best practices and system design. You will work across existing CMS platforms such as WordPress, Craft, HubSpot, Drupal and Shopify, as well as new frameworks, CMS tools, or domains that the team adopts in the future, ensuring seamless and scalable digital experiences.

# Qualifications

- Must have at least 2 years professional software development experience with modern web platforms (PHP, WordPress, Shopify, Craft CMS or similar)
- Proven hands-on expertise in custom engineering, including extending platform functionality (plugins, modules etc.) through custom development, integrations, and component-based solutions; and not on drag-and-drop or builder-only approaches
- Extensive experience in front-end and back-end web development
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, RWD, etc.
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and API-driven development.
- Good understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of working with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and data formats (JSON, XML).

PHP Full Stack Developer
