Data Engineer- Walk in on Sept 05th 2026

TNP is looking for an extraordinary Data Engineer who loves to push the boundaries to solve complex business problems using creative solutions. As a Data Engineer, you will work in the Technology team that helps deliver our Data Engineering offerings on a large scale to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilties

* Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
* Build and optimise ETL/ELT workflows and transformation pipelines.
* Implement data modelling, schema design, and governance for quality and consistency.
* Work across relational and NoSQL databases, data lakes, and distributed systems.
* Develop and deploy data solutions using Python and SQL.
* Monitor pipelines for performance and reliability, and resolve issues.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in data engineering for the Associate Consultant position. 2+ years of experience for the Consultant position and 5+ years for the Senior Consultant position.
* Expertise in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
* Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with hands-on ETL experience.
* Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
* Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP — Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Good to have: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Power BI, or cloud certifications.
